Allows your budget to go negative allowing you to spawn an unlimited amount of units with any given budget
Toggle the option on to override the budget for the red team
Toggle the option on to override the budget for the blue team
Unlock all the secret units in the sandbox mode. Change to a different tab and then change back for the UI to update to allow you to spawn the secret units
Unlock every campaign level. This will mark all levels as beaten. Go out of a campaign and back into a campaign for the UI to refresh. This option can be reversed by turning it off which will essentially lock everything that you havent unlocked yet
